  • 08:00 – 08:30 | Welcome & Introduction: Meet the group, overview of the day, and warm-up briefing.

  • 08:30 – 10:00 | Running Training: Outdoor session focused on efficient running with technique breakdown, pacing strategies, training methods, and endurance-building tips.

  • 10:00 – 12:00 | Presentation About Training and Training Structure: Learn how to build an effective training plan, heart rate zones & their purpose, types of training (thresholds, intervals, endurance, recovery), and how to balanc running & strength for optimal performance.

  • 12:00 – 13:00 | Lunch Break: Time to refuel, recharge, and network with fellow athletes.

  • 13:00 – 14:30 | Presentation about Race Day Tips, Strategy, Nutrition and Recovery: Learn Race-day strategy & pacing. Nutrition before, during, and after competition. Recovery protocols to stay fresh. Mental preparation & focus techniques.

  • 14:30 – 16:00 | Strength & Technique Training: Functional strength for Hyrox. Hyrox stations technique. Station skills and technical practice (e.g., sled, wallballs, row).

Richard Hynek

I’m Richard Hynek, a two-time Spartan Trifecta World Champion with over a decade of experience competing at the highest level of endurance sports. Over 107 races, I’ve earned 77 podium finishes, including three 2nd-place spots at the Spartan World Championship and multiple European titles.

Spartan racing has been my true passion and proving ground — pushing my limits through some of the toughest courses and obstacles worldwide. My career highlights include winning the toughest Spartan Race in history and consistently ranking among the top athletes globally.

While I recently stepped into HYROX competition with a strong debut, my primary focus and greatest successes remain rooted in Spartan racing, where I bring unmatched experience, dedication, and results to every athlete I coach.
