Spartan Competitive is specifically designed to improve strength, speed, and endurance for athletes aiming for peak performance and podium finishes. It takes more time and It has 6 workouts a week.
Between 40-120 minutes per day, with flexible timing to fit your schedule. Each day brings a different workout, so durations may vary.
New workouts are updated every month, with a 14-day preview available to help you plan ahead and stay motivated.
